Matt Homann called it a You Tube for legal documents, and I can’t think of a more perfect description. The site is called docstoc, and just as You Tube does for videos, docstoc allows users to upload and share professional documents. Documents are categorized as legal, business, financial, technological, educational or creative. The collection is fully searchable via text and tags. Once you find a document, you can download it, e-mail it, link to it or even embed it in a Web page. If the document you need is not on docstoc, file a request and you will be notified when it is. Very cool.
