Mich. bill would allow virtual visitation
A bill pending in Michigan would authorize divorce courts to grant "electronic visitation" through e-mail, instant messaging and Webcams, according to a report in the Lansing State Journal. As I wrote here earlier, Wisconsin enacted a virtual-visitation law in January. Utah was the first state to authorize virtual visitations. Learn more about this topic at InternetVisitation.org.
