U.S. judge shares thoughts on blogs
Today at Legal Blog Watch I have a post about Ian Best's interview about blogs with U.S. District Judge Richard G. Kopf. The judge's thoughts are interesting. As I point out, however, Kopf was not the first federal judge to cite to a blog. That distinction may belong to U.S. District Judge William g. Young, as I noted in January 2004.
